A Rooftop Wedding at Revery in Downtown Columbus

Ashley and Matt’s ethereal wedding at North 4th Corridor’s Revery in Downtown, Columbus spoke elegance. From Ashley’s stunning white Christian Louboutin’s to guests all adorned in black, the day felt timeless from start to finish.

After spending the morning getting ready, and before Ashley could see her groom, she exchanged a first look with her brother. Their dad passed away at the beginning of 2020 so sharing these moments with her mom and brother left us warm and teary eyed. You could easily tell how proud her brother was, especially when he walked her down the aisle.

When the time came for Matt to see his bride, he turned around and pure joy instantly radiated. This joy carried into the ceremony where every guest was taken back by the elevated environment. Whether it was watching Ashley’s brother walk her down the aisle or the speech the couple shared with the groom’s son, eyes watered and smiles only grew bigger.

The two shared their first kiss as husband and wife surrounded by clouds of floating babies' breath and a sea of staggered, ivory blooms by Vessel Floral . The dimension the installations created gave an ode to the dimension seen in the delicate lace of Ashley’s gown by Monique Lhuillier.

The black attire and white florals created the perfect contrast that carried into the reception space. Tables dressed in black were surrounded by acrylic chairs that reflected the glow of sunset. Upon them, fluffy groupings of babies breath and roses, keeping the elevated feeling alive.

Josh Staley Productions really got the party started after many heartfelt speeches and dances. Between the lively beats and light-up batons, there was never a dull moment. To complete the night, Ashley changed into a sleek, sequined dress and hit the outdoor dance floor that overlooked the Columbus skyline. The city lights were like a sparkler send off that never ended which truly emulates the joy I know these two will feel forever.
