Having the opportunity to check out new locations for engagement photos is always so much fun! Hope and Isaac had the idea of exploring one of their favorite hiking trails for their session and I just love how it all turned out. Indian Run Falls is like a secret little gem in Dublin where you can follow the path through the woods and end up on a beautiful trail along the river that feels like a slice of Hocking Hills in the heart of downtown.

I loved Kelly’s long flowy dress that added such a fun element of warmth, texture and movement to the session— it perfectly complemented the warm brick tones found throughout German Village. After a quick outfit change we headed over to Grange Insurance Audubon Center to catch the last of the sunset among the open fields and wildflowers.

I left the cold blues of Ohio for the delicate warm blue hues of the Florida scenery… clearly I already miss it. It was a breathtaking experience as each scene transported you to a different part of the world. This flourishing set was one of my favorites as you were surrounded by a sea of French blues and golden blooms everywhere you went.

She was one of the models and it was so much fun photographing her in all the different gowns. She wasn’t engaged yet, but showed me the ring she already had picked out for Kaitlin. I remember her telling me that as soon as Kaitlin popped the question she would be in touch. Not too long after they were celebrating their engagement and started planning their destination wedding in Key West. I feel like I hit the jackpot with these two and am just so excited to capture their big day!
